About These Terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of Suld Advisory AB's website and the advisory and facilitation services we provide. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms in full.
Suld Advisory AB is a Swedish Aktiebolag registered with Bolagsverket, operating in compliance with Swedish law and applicable European Union regulations.
Who We Are and What We Do
Suld Advisory AB is a financial advisory and facilitation company. We provide the following services:
• Identity verification and KYC support — verifying the identity and Swedish residency of Mongolian nationals in Europe for the purpose of financial service applications
• Loan facilitation and application support — acting as an authorised representative between clients and Mongolian financial institutions
• Repayment collection and management — structured repayment support for clients with active loan agreements through our partner institutions
• Financial institution advisory — advisory services to Mongolian banks and fintech companies exploring European diaspora markets
We are not a bank, lender, or credit institution. We do not issue loans, hold client funds as a deposit-taking institution, or provide regulated financial advice under the Swedish Securities Markets Act (Lag om värdepappersmarknaden) unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.
Eligibility
To engage our services you must:
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a Mongolian national or have a legitimate connection to the Mongolian community in Europe
• Hold valid identification documents including a Mongolian passport
• Be legally resident in Sweden or another EEA country
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws of your country of residence
Suld Advisory AB reserves the right to decline service to any individual or institution at our sole discretion, including where eligibility requirements are not met or where we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, unlawful, or harmful intent.
Our Services Are Advisory in Nature
The information, guidance, and facilitation services provided by Suld Advisory AB are advisory and informational in nature. They do not constitute:
• Regulated investment advice
• Regulated mortgage or credit advice
• Legal advice
• Tax advice
• Guaranteed outcomes with respect to loan approvals or financial decisions
All lending decisions are made exclusively by our partner financial institutions. Suld Advisory AB has no authority to approve, deny, or guarantee any loan application. We act solely as a facilitator and intermediary.
Client Obligations
By engaging our services you agree to:
• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at all times
• Provide authentic identity documents including Mongolian passport, Swedish personnummer, and any other documents reasonably requested
• Sign all required GDPR consent forms prior to data processing
• Notify us promptly of any changes to your personal information, employment status, or financial circumstances that may affect your application or loan agreement
• Cooperate fully with identity verification procedures including BankID signature requests
• Not use our services for any unlawful purpose including money laundering, fraud, or identity theft
Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate termination of services and may be reported to relevant Swedish and European authorities.
Fees and Payment
Our fee structure is as follows:
• Verification fee — a one-time fee charged per completed identity verification and application submission, payable at the point of service engagement. The applicable fee will be clearly communicated before any commitment is made.
• Handling fee — where Suld Advisory AB manages ongoing repayment collection, a handling fee expressed as a percentage of each processed repayment applies. This fee is deducted at the point of processing.
• Institutional advisory fees — for financial institutions engaging our advisory services, fees are agreed in a separate written service agreement prior to commencement of work.
All fees are quoted and payable in Swedish kronor (SEK) unless otherwise agreed in writing. Fees are non-refundable once the relevant service has been delivered, except where Suld Advisory AB has failed to deliver the agreed service due to our own error or negligence.
VAT will be applied where applicable under Swedish law.
